Overview

Since 1998, IDAC Ireland has specialised in Biomedical Simulation and actively supports European Research Projects, such as

● GEMSS (Grid Enabled Medical Simulation Services)

● BLOODSIM (Cardiovascular Simulation) 

● @neurIST (Integrated Biomedical Informatics for the Management of Cerebral Aneurysms )

 

In the frame of these multidisciplinary initiatives, we network with leading experts: biomedical engineers, scientists, biologists, clinicians and computer scientists from around the world, to deepen our expertise in all areas of biomedical design.

We are actively delivering simulation services to Medical Device Manufacturers around the world. Our next goal is to deliver these services to clinicians to help in clinical research and ultimately patient care.
